Simple Salsa - Learn how to make salsa verde and process to store for later use (home canning) using simple ingredients.

Homemade apothecary -  Learn how to make helpful teas, tinctures and salves using common locally grown herbs.

Former College Instructor for Continued Education at Mohawk College in Brantford, Ontario, Daniel has led workshops at the Royal Botanical Gardens in Hamilton, Ontario, as well as for the Inverness County Recreation Department, Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia, Canada.
