With over 20 years of gardening/farming experience plus over 25 years in the food industry from fast food and FB service to organic agriculture. Former College Instructor for Continued Education at Mohawk College in Brantford, Ontario, Daniel has led workshops at the Royal Botanical Gardens in Hamilton, Ontario, as well as for the Inverness County Recreation Department, Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia, Canada.
